THE POWER OF HORNET

• PMO develop Board Reports for Executive using Hornet data

TRACK AND RESPOND

Dashboard Tracking and Reporting

Hornet provides valuable reporting information on the progress and performance of initiatives for all stakeholders including Boards, CEOs, GM’s, Project Managers and other key stakeholders. Because its cloud-based, you have everything at your fingertips and in real time including: Program of work summary reports, Project managers status reports, Milestone completion reports, Cost & Benefits at initiative or program level, Risk, issues and summary reports, Tracking of FTE changes and more. Starting from a big picture commentary on Overall Health – Hornet allows the user to drill down into the detail in realtime.

WIth the Hornet Watchlist function allowing the user to personalize a list to suit whoever their audience is.

Hornet’s ‘Off-the-Shelf’ reports or customised reporting functionality, makes it easy for stakeholders to present and discuss the status of implementation in existing function and leadership forums.

ACCESS

To Hornet is restricted, with all communications to the site encrypted (SSL) and authenticated using a strong protocol (TLS 1.2) backed by full access and audit logging.

CoDED

Utilising the latest web technologies and standards, Hornet can be used on mobile, tablet, and desktop computers.

PERFORMANCE

And reliability is assured through automated error logging and reporting that alerts the technical group of any defects, invalid access attempts, or infrastructure issues.
